Dr Abdul Razzak Rumane

Vice Governor for Kuwait

 

Born in 1948. Indian. Academic and professional background: B.E. (Electrical Engineering), Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India, 1972; Diploma in Modern Management, British Career Training College, 1981; Diploma in International Trade, British Management Association, 1982; Master of Science,2002;from Kennedy-Western University, USA. The topic of the thesis was “A Systems Engineering Approach to construction Projects” and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), 2005 ;(General Engineering), from Kennedy Western University, USA. The topic of dissertation was "Quality Engineering Applications in Construction Projects". Main Fields: Consultant Electrical Engineer. Career: Present position: Senior Electrical Engineer, Pan Arab Consulting Engineers, Kuwait  Memberships: Fellow of The Institution of Engineers, India; Senior Member, I.E.E.E. (USA); Member, Kuwait Society of Engineers, Member, American Society for Quality, Member, Save International (Value Engineering Society); Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Geographic Society; The Bibliotheque: World Wide Society. Member, Board of Governors, International Benevolent Research Forum and IBRF Vice Governor for Kuwait; Awards and Honours: The Global Award of Accomplishment,Twentieth Century Achievement Award, Outstanding Man of Twentieth Century, and World Laureate, The World Order of Science-Education-Culture, with a title of "Cavalier" European Academy of Informatisation; Bharat Gaurav Award by IIFS; Gem of India by IIFS; Member of various welfare societies. Served as Honorary Secretary (2002-2004) of Indian Muslim Welfare Association, Kuwait ;( association registered with Embassy of India, Kuwait).IMWA is associated with community development and effective implementation of programs for economic, social and educational progress of Muslim and other communities living in Kuwait. Actively involved at his native place in India to support needy students continue their education and also involved in a scheme to provide free boarding facility to economically backward students. Served at various honorary position such as Treasurer (2001-02).General Secretary (2002-03) and   Honorary Chairman (2005, 2006-2007) The Institution of Engineers (India), Kuwait Chapter; Listed in Marquis Who’s Who in the World &Who's Who in Science and Engineering; The Barons 500, The Global 500 Leaders for the New Century, 500 Great Minds of 21st Century and 500 Founders of the 21st Century and The Lifetime of Achievement One Hundred, amongst other listings.

Giovanni Lo Nero
Vice Governor for Sicily, Italy
 
 

Giovanni Lo Nero was born in Termini Imerese, Italy, on 5 August 1970.  Following education as an engineer and geometrician, he became an industrialist.  He is currently the director of two companies -- one involved in agriculture and the other in construction.  He has also founded two non-profitmaking associations in Italy and New York.

His various achievements have been recognised through the award of membership of the Byzantine Order of the Holy Sepulchre.
